Food assistance must be safe and responsible.
Food availability alone does not establish that food is safe to distribute. AnnaSetu's operational process must include appropriate checks, handling requirements, traceability, and incident reporting.
- Review food type, preparation time, and storage.
- Record known allergens and handling information.
- Reject or quarantine food that fails safety checks.
- Maintain collection and distribution records.
- Follow applicable FSSAI requirements and local rules.
A submitted listing, photograph, or provider statement is not proof that food is safe. Approval must follow the actual operating procedures and applicable requirements.
